FOXTRAP, N.L. — Lucas Dawe remained silent as he appeared before a judge in provincial court this morning, charged with interfering with human remains.

Dawe, 20 and from C.B.S. is also charged with possessing property stolen from All Saints Parish — namely a human skeleton — as well as breaching a prior court order, all alleged to have taken place April 5. He was taken into custody today.

Details of the case have not yet been read in court. Dawe will make his next appearance in provincial court tomorrow.
